Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup SPAR milk
- 1-2 SPAR Freshline bananas (frozen or ripe)
- 5 pitted Freshline dates
- 2 tablespoons SPAR peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ice
Recipe Method
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- If you prefer your smoother thinner, simply add more milk until you get the consistency you like.
