Recipe Ingredients
  • 1 cup SPAR milk
  • 1-2 SPAR Freshline bananas (frozen or ripe)
  • 5 pitted Freshline dates
  • 2 tablespoons SPAR peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ice

Recipe Method
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If you prefer your smoother thinner, simply add more milk until you get the consistency you like.
