Asian Coleslaw
For a change from traditional coleslaw, try this variety flavoured with soy sauce, coriander and sesame seeds.

Recipe Ingredients
- 2 baby SPAR Freshline green cabbages, finely sliced
- 2 baby SPAR Freshline purple cabbages, finely sliced
- 3 SPAR Freshline carrots, julienne
- 1/2 cup SPAR Freshline coriander, chopped
- 3 green SPAR Freshline spring onion, chopped
- 1 green SPAR Freshline apple, julienne
- 1 red SPAR Freshline apple, julienne
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 TBSP SPAR sugar
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 TBSP sesame seeds, toasted
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Recipe Method
- To make the dressing: In a large bowl combine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice and sesame seeds.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Place the cabbage, carrots, coriander, spring onion and apples into a large bowl.
- Pour over the dressing and toss well.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
