Chocolate Bark

A quick and easy sweet treat. Experiment with your own additions.

Recipe Ingredients
  • 200-240g chocolate (colour of your choice)
  • ½ cup snack-mix
  • ½ cup SPAR mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup SPAR salted peanuts

Recipe Method
  1. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate on a double boiler or use the microwave but use short bursts so the chocolate doesn’t burn.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate evenly onto the greaseproof paper – about 5mm thick.
  4. While it's still warm, sprinkle with the snack mix, marshmallows and peanuts.
  5. Leave to set and break into shards.
