Chocolate Bark
A quick and easy sweet treat. Experiment with your own additions.

Recipe Ingredients
- 200-240g chocolate (colour of your choice)
- ½ cup snack-mix
- ½ cup SPAR mini marshmallows
- ½ cup SPAR salted peanuts
Recipe Method
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Melt the chocolate on a double boiler or use the microwave but use short bursts so the chocolate doesn’t burn.
- Spread the melted chocolate evenly onto the greaseproof paper – about 5mm thick.
- While it's still warm, sprinkle with the snack mix, marshmallows and peanuts.
- Leave to set and break into shards.
