Apricot-Glazed Snoek
Let SPAR do the hard work with a braai ready, apricot marinated snoek. Add in some spicy fried onions and you are good to go!

Recipe Ingredients
- 1.1kg SPAR braai snoek with apricot marinade
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) SPAR butter
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) SPAR olive oil
- Pinch of curry powder
- 2 SPAR Freshline onions, sliced into rings
Recipe Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- Place the snoek on a lined baking tray, glaze with the apricot marinade and cook for 15 – 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, heat the butter, olive oil and curry powder in a pan over a low heat.
- Add the onions and pan fry until soft and caramelised.

Leftovers are perfect for blending with mayo for a quick and easy snoek pâté.
