Breakfast Bread
An interesting loaf quickly mixed in one bowl, to be enjoyed as part of a leisurely Sunday patio breakfast on a sunny morning.

Recipe Ingredients

500 g packet SPAR self raising flour
- 5 ml salt
- 2 bottles SPAR Active Breakfast drinking yoghurt (oats and apple flavour)
- 60 ml fig jam
- 100 g SPAR Grated Cheddar cheese (250 ml)
- 50 ml SPAR quick cooking oats
- 5 slices ham, finely chopped
Recipe Method
- Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Lightly grease a large SPAR Good Living non-stick loaf pan.
- In a 3 litre SPAR Good Living white porcelain mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients to a soft mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
- Enjoy sliced fresh with lashings of SPAR butter.
